Unlike many builders, we don’t take a cut or mark up your financing rate—our only goal is to help you secure the lowest possible interest rate. In fact, rates with our preferred lenders currently start as low as 5.375%.
Prefer to use your own lender? No problem. We’re happy to work with outside financing as well. Whether you choose one of our partners or bring your own, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Choose your desired floor plan, lot, and customizations with DJW Homes.

Finalize and sign your purchase agreement to reserve your home.

Complete your mortgage application and provide required financial documentation to your lender.

Your lender reviews your information, orders an appraisal, and grants final loan approval.

Sign final loan documents, pay any closing costs, and finally lock in your financing.
